This was followed by a position as Managing Director of Racks & Stacks GmbH and various freelance activities in the event industry. After returning to the company, meanwhile acquired by PRG, he worked as Directing Production Manager before taking on the role of Head of Technology Audio, giving him the chance to fully apply his affinity in this field professionally.

With more than 19 years of experience in our industry, Gibson Wu is a seasoned professional who has a unique blend of global experience and a deep understanding of local cultures.
Gibson began his journey with Procon in 2007, where he started as a Project Manager. Throughout his time at Procon, he demonstrated exceptional adaptability and a knack for cultivating diverse relationships, which enabled him to provide clients with a truly professional service that matched the realities of the Chinese business environment.
In 2013, Gibson Wu transitioned into a pivotal role as an Account Manager at PRG, where he continues to excel to this day. His time at PRG has been marked by a number of successful projects, including 2007 Special Olympic Opening Ceremony, 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2010 Shanghai Expo National Pavilion, 2016 Shanghai Disney Resort Opening Show and Various Auto Shows and Launch Events with Prestigious Brand.
In his role of Sales & Account Director, Laurent Boillot is in charge of sales leads and clients for PRG France.
Prior to joining PRG France, Laurent was technician, operator and crew chief for SPL from 1989 till 2001. Laurent joined PRG France in 2001, first as Project Manager and then stepped up to Technical Director for Paris.
Laurent has operated on a wide range of events in France and abroad, including the Centenary of Nigerian Independence, the inauguration of the Djeddah Stadium, the opening ceremony FIFA Club World Cup Rabat and the Photography Awards in Dubai.
He has participated at the Athens Paralympics, the London Olympics, Asian Games in Doha, the Panafrican Games in Algeria, Nigeria and the revolution's anniversary of Lybia in 2009. You will find Laurent on universal exhibitions, light festivals, shows, concerts and tours, operas and lots of events at the Stade de France, like Turandot, Excalibur, Nuits Celtiques, Aida, Bigard, Unighted, Ben Hur in France as well as Australia.
Laurent is the preferred contact person for numerous french event agencies like Auditoire, Hopscotch, Eca2, Skertzo be it for corporate or public events.
In 2011, Ryu Ikemoto became part of the PRG team and took on a role in sales. His journey was marked by significant contributions to various projects, especially in the automotive and corporate sectors, including outstanding participation in events such as the Motor Show. Ryu played a key role as a sales representative for major projects such as the Tokyo 2020 project (Tokyo Olympic Games).
Since 2018, Ryu has managed PRG Japan's sales efforts in the position of Director of Sales. Prior to joining PRG, he worked as an event planner at an advertising agency and had an equally influential background. During this time, Ryu was entrusted with the responsibility of understanding and meeting the needs of clients, a role that contributed significantly to the expansion of PRG's business horizons.
Currently, Ryu works diligently with members of PRG Japan's sales team, leveraging his experience and expertise to strengthen the team's capabilities and ensure a stronger and more influential presence in the industry.
Adrian has over 20 years of experience in largescale concert touring, hotel venues and theatre shows. Prior to relocating to the UAE, Adrian worked across Europe and USA with Cirque Du Soleil and before that spent a number of years in Macau at The Venetian Theatre delivering concerts and special events.
Career highlights include: UFC Abu Dhabi (2023), Cirque du Soleli - Big Top and Arena Touring (2017-2020), Rolling Stones World Tour (2014), Rihanna World Tour (2013), Nitro Circus (2013) and Royal Caribbean (2004-2010)
Francisco Gonzalez has been an integral part of PRG Madrid for over 25 years since its inception. Starting as a sound technician for tours and festivals, he transitioned the role of managing sound equipment (Asset Manager) for PRG Madrid in 2005. With vast technical expertise, Francisco excels in pre-production and the meticulous organization of tours, festivals, and diverse events.
