We operate from two key locations in the UK: Birmingham and London.
Our extensive inventory, prep and servicing facilities are housed in our Birmingham HQ, along with our state-of-the-art rehearsal facility THE BRIDGE. Situated in the historic Cofton Centre, the location is ideally positioned at the centre of the UK’s transport networks. Additionally, our London sales office space places us in the heart of the West End and the corporate business sector.

Kevin Watson
Managing Director - UK
Kevin brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience across hospitality, catering, retail, and transport. Known for his commercial acumen and people-first approach, Kevin has a strong track record of transforming operations and delivering sustained growth in complex, high-profile environments.
Prior to joining PRG, Kevin served as Managing Director of Amadeus, part of the NEC Group, where he tripled revenues and quadrupled EBITDA. During his tenure, he oversaw operations at some of the UK’s most iconic venues and major international events, including the London 2012 Olympics and the Commonwealth Games.
His earlier leadership roles include steering a successful business turnaround at Thames Clippers, leading a +£20 million rebrand and restoring profitability, and scaling The Natural Retail Company from 2 to 27 retail locations across London.
Kevin is passionate about building high-performing teams and championing operational excellence. His appointment marks an exciting new chapter for PRG UK as the business continues to grow and innovate across the live events industry.

She has held senior finance roles at DAZN, Universal Music, BSI, and Purplebricks, supporting periods of high growth, transformation, and M&A activity.
Known for her commercial insight and collaborative approach, Shona brings a strong track record in guiding businesses through change while keeping financial rigour at the core. Her experience spans both start-ups and established PLCs, making her well-equipped to support PRG’s continued evolution.

Nigel developed an interest in lighting through school and youth theatre, making a career in the entertainment industry a clear priority from an early age. He joined Light and Sound Design in 1985 after completing a successful placement on a YTS scheme.
Over his 40-year career with LSD and later PRG, Nigel has held a variety of roles across warehouse departments, site, and operations management.
His achievements are wide-ranging, including delivering major projects, overseeing acquisitions, and helping colleagues succeed within the PRG family. Nigel attributes his success to his adaptability, unwavering commitment, and strong leadership.

Yvonne Donnelly Smith has been a driving force in the music industry and at PRG for 28 years. Recognized as one of the most respected figures in live entertainment production across the UK and Europe, Yvonne serves as Director of Music Lighting and is a vital member of PRG’s senior leadership team. Her deep understanding of artists’ needs and strategic investments help ensure PRG’s continued growth and success.
A 2024 Pollstar Women of Live! Honoree, Yvonne is celebrated for her contributions to the live events sector and her influential leadership across some of the industry’s most high-profile productions.
Based between PRG’s Birmingham and London offices, Yvonne leads and mentors a team of specialists focused on festivals, touring, and large-scale events. Her expertise spans music touring, festivals, and global one-off productions, contributing to many of the UK’s premier events and television broadcasts.
Yvonne’s impressive portfolio includes landmark events such as Abu Dhabi National Days; Formula 1 and Formula E races in Saudi Arabia; British Summertime Festival, Capital Summertime Ball, Download Festival (Donington), Isle of Wight Festival, Led Zeppelin reunion, Live 8, London Olympic Games Hyde Park concerts, MDL Beast/Soundstorm in Saudi Arabia, Nelson Mandela’s 80th birthday celebrations, and the Taylor Hawkins tribute event. She has also played key roles in major tours for Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour, Post Malone, Lauryn Hill, Fleetwood Mac, David Gilmour, Doja Cat, and Janet Jackson.
Her involvement in the Middle East music scene is particularly notable. Yvonne was instrumental in PRG’s delivery for MDLBEAST’s Soundstorm festival in Saudi Arabia — a massive dance music event featuring 150 acts over three days, drawing 450,000 attendees, and showcasing the tallest video screen ever built for a festival (Guinness World Record). The main stage was so vast it took two minutes to cross.
Additionally, Yvonne has overseen PRG’s UAE production support for global clients including Post Malone, Guns N’ Roses, and Travis Scott.

As our Director of Events, Sports & Entertainment, Phil brings over 30 years’ experience to the team from the Live Events, Entertainment (TV & Theatre), Sports & Retail industries. Having held senior roles at several leading companies, including Blitz, GES, 9 Yards Creative and Bang & Olufsen, Phil is now an integral part of PRG UK’s Senior Leadership Team, supporting an experienced team of Sales Directors and Account Managers who are all focussed on delivering the highest levels of technical production and customer service across the globe.
Phil’s has worked on many notable and high-profile international projects for global brands over the years, most recently at events for the likes of Boeing and Pfizer, in Theatre with Phantom of the Opera and Soldiers of Orange, in Sports at London 2012 Olympics, Rugby World Cup 2015, Formula E London 2019, Commonwealth Games Birmingham 2022, and UEFA Champions League Finals 2023–2024 and in Television for the likes of ITV, Netflix, Amazon and BBC.

Leigh first joined Light and Sound Design in 1997, a few years before PRG arrived in the UK. During this time, Leigh worked his way through several warehouse departments including: Control, Moving Lights and Cable and later led the Lanterns department. Leigh then moved out on to the road, navigating the globe with a lot of PRG's largest concert touring customers. Leigh was then called back to the office as an accounts manager before deciding to take a break from the industry to pursue a childhood dream of policing. The draw of the industry was too loud for Leigh to resist, so he returned to PRG in 2017 as a project manager. Following the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, Leigh now heads up the People Services team, focusing on recruitment, training, development and company progression.

Peter Marshall has forty years’ experience in the lighting business, a career that has brought him a wealth of experience in touring with musical and dance productions in the United States, Europe and Asia; including large-scale productions for Coca-Cola, General Motors and Honeywell Bull, and the Super Bowl XX half time show in 1986.
He then toured with the Welsh National Opera and following this he started with Theatre Projects in 1987, which was then acquired by Vari-Lite in 1999 and merged with PRG in 2004.
In recent years, Peter has been responsible for West End and Worldwide touring productions, together with large-scale events. West End musicals include various Mamma Mia’s, Wicked, Lion King, Jersey Boys, Book of Mormon, Come From Away, & Juliet and Dear Evan Hanson, plus touring productions like Cats, Beautiful, Blue Man Group and Phantom of the Opera. Large scale spectacular events namely the VE-Day and VJ-Day, celebrations, The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Celebrations, Commonwealth Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies in Manchester 2002 , The Ceremonies of the 28th Olympiad in Athens, Greece in 2004 and Broadcast and Sports Presentation lighting for the London Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo’s

Cameron has over 15 years’ experience in the live events industry. After studying at The Central School of Speech & Drama, Cameron joined Essential Lighting / PRG in 2008. He started working on in-depth technical delivery of lighting, rigging and video on site, and has evolved this experience to support his delivery of varying commercial projects today. He has looked after a multitude of events across the world, from festival-style deliveries for London Pride, Arsenal Puma Singapore and Shell Make the Future London & Smiling Stars Tokyo, to large scale supply of lighting for the Birmingham Commonwealth Games & Rigging for London New Years Eve & the Coronation. In recent years Cameron has moved his focus to more full-service supply for international E-Sports events such as Magic Con to more traditional full-service Broadcast, AV & Scenic delivery for corporate plenaries for brands such as Temenos, Sibos & Google. Cameron has a real passion for technology, events and 'Live' being an avid a regular theatre & concert goer which reinforces his passion for delivering live experiences in an international landscape.
