With more than 19 years of experience in our industry, Gibson Wu is a seasoned professional who has a unique blend of global experience and a deep understanding of local cultures.
Gibson began his journey with Procon in 2007, where he started as a Project Manager. Throughout his time at Procon, he demonstrated exceptional adaptability and a knack for cultivating diverse relationships, which enabled him to provide clients with a truly professional service that matched the realities of the Chinese business environment.
In 2013, Gibson Wu transitioned into a pivotal role as an Account Manager at PRG, where he continues to excel to this day. His time at PRG has been marked by a number of successful projects, including 2007 Special Olympic Opening Ceremony, 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2010 Shanghai Expo National Pavilion, 2016 Shanghai Disney Resort Opening Show and Various Auto Shows and Launch Events with Prestigious Brand.
Romuald Beaufour joined PRG France in 2019 from Regie Lumière. He brilliantly supervised the technical plans for Indochine's Central Tour in 2022. His expertise and good humour have earned him a well-deserved reputation within the European events industry. A keen sports fan, Romuald is always present on site, whether during the assembly, show or dismantling phases. He provides effective support for the teams of technicians, stage managers and designers, to ensure that technical schedules are respected.
In 2011, Ryu Ikemoto became part of the PRG team and took on a role in sales. His journey was marked by significant contributions to various projects, especially in the automotive and corporate sectors, including outstanding participation in events such as the Motor Show. Ryu played a key role as a sales representative for major projects such as the Tokyo 2020 project (Tokyo Olympic Games).
Since 2018, Ryu has managed PRG Japan's sales efforts in the position of Director of Sales. Prior to joining PRG, he worked as an event planner at an advertising agency and had an equally influential background. During this time, Ryu was entrusted with the responsibility of understanding and meeting the needs of clients, a role that contributed significantly to the expansion of PRG's business horizons.
Currently, Ryu works diligently with members of PRG Japan's sales team, leveraging his experience and expertise to strengthen the team's capabilities and ensure a stronger and more influential presence in the industry.
With more than 30 years of experience in the events sector, he started working as a maintenance technician at Berenice Concert Systems, after completing his studies as an industrial electronics technician.
During his professional career, working for companies such as VARI*LITE Spain (VLPS), Hispa-Lite and EML, Pedro has held various positions in the field of lighting and rigging: maintenance, assembly, operator, team leader, production and technical management, in TV, theatre, music, corporate and trade fairs.
He has been working for EML-PRG Spain for more than 15 years, initially as warehouse manager and lighting and rigging manager, and since 2018 as Asset Manager for lighting and rigging.
