Welcome to PRG Belgium

PRG Belgium was established in 1980, as BVBA EML and swiftly rose to prominence within the Benelux, becoming a trusted partner for numerous TV production companies, including VTM and later VRT (formerly BRT). During the late 1990s and early 2000s, our reach expanded with offices in Spain, the Netherlands, and a sales office in Paris.

In 2008, we strategically relocated to Tildonk, where we became a part of the Entertainment Valley alongside Stageco and The Powershop. In 2011, we joined the PRG Group, further solidifying our position in the entertainment industry.

PRG Belgium now operates from two key locations, Tildonk and Ostend. With our strong presence in Belgium, we continuously set the standard for innovation and reliability, offering a diverse range of services and cutting-edge technologies to meet the unique needs of our clients.

EML Productions was founded

1999

Procon becomes listed on the stock exchange under the name of Procon Multimedia AG

In 1999, Procon was listed on the stock exchange under the name PROCON MultiMedia AG and went on to greatly widen its business activities.

2004

VLPS Lighting Services aquired by PRG

Production Resource Group, L.L.C. (PRG) and VLPS Lighting Services International, Inc. (VLPS) announced the merger agreement, under which a newly formed subsidiary of PRG would merge with and into VLPS, with VLPS becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of PRG.

2006

Jere Harris receives Parnelli "Lifetime achievement awards"

The award recognizes pioneering, influential professionals and their contributions, honoring individuals, companies, and game-changing products.

2009

PRG aquires Procon

Procon (operated from branches in Sweden, Belgium, France, England, China and Switzerland) was acquired by PRG and integrated into the Production Resource Group.

PRG Launches BEST BOY

PRG Launches BEST BOY 40000 at LDI & Wins "Best debuting Product"

PRG aquires EML Productions

This acquisition extends PRG's European presence into new territories, including the Netherlands and Spain, as well as significantly reinforce their existing activities in Belgium.

Showtec was acquired by Production Resource Group, LLC in 2011 and integrated into the German company

PRG acquires Chaos Visual Productions

Chaos Visual Productions will be joining forces with PRG
