Our entity in Madrid was established in 1998, evolved with EML and followed the evolution and growth of the company joining the Production Resource Group in 2011.

Procon becomes listed on the stock exchange under the name of Procon Multimedia AG
In 1999, Procon was listed on the stock exchange under the name PROCON MultiMedia AG and went on to greatly widen its business activities.
VLPS Lighting Services aquired by PRG
Production Resource Group, L.L.C. (PRG) and VLPS Lighting Services International, Inc. (VLPS) announced the merger agreement, under which a newly formed subsidiary of PRG would merge with and into VLPS, with VLPS becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of PRG.
